doughLAB evaluated in Farinograph™ ring tests

The doughLAB is an evolution of current flour analysis equipment, and can be programmed to mimic the AACC Method 54-21 Farinograph Method. In addition it is more reproducible and provides enhanced capabilities beyond standard analysis with its higher speed and higher torque capabilities.
